I want Chocolate.

So it's officially been one week since we have started this new eating program. And I have already screwed up. what can I say, I love sugar. Anyway, during the day I do great, I eat everything I am suppose to and I stay clear from everything "bad." But in the evenings, oh man, thats were I get myself in trouble. Anyway, I am going to try to become stricter this week, and be more active. Have I seen any changes? Nope. I still feel tired, all the time. My head is still extremely itchy, and I am still craving sweets. (probably more so than ever.) Well lets see how this week pans out.
