November Trilogy // What to do with left overs- recipe ideas

(Pictures from the lovely Joy The Baker.)
Hello There Turkey Heads!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanks Giving, filled with the three "F's"- Friends Family and Food.
This was my first Thanks Giving not in America. My team and I threw a huge Thanks Giving Party. We had 27 people at Amy's house. It was so great and beautiful and everyone loved it. For me it was a bit challenging. I missed home so much and the reality of "how am I suppose to relate to people that I can't even speak the same language" set in. Besides emotional struggles through out the night it is hard work to put on a Thanks Giving Feast for 27 people. So there will actually be no recipes here on the blog this month. But I wanted to complete this month's trilogy with some left over recipe ideas that I found around the web.

5 sites with great Left Over ideas:

1. Very Culinary  has lots of option for left overs but the one that strikes me the most interesting were these crane-turkey enchiladas. What?!?! yup, you heard me. This dish is either an amazing discovery of a Thanksgiving and Mexican marriage, or it is a complete disaster. Who is up for trying?
2. Savvy Eats got it right by turning left overs into breakfast. Do I need to say more?
3. It wouldn't be a recipe list with out mention my girl Martha Stewart. Is there anything that woman can't do? (Yes, I'm aware that it isn't actually her that that makes the magic happen. I know she has a staff of a billion and counting....but still....pure magic.) She has a whole list of Thanks Giving Left over recipes.
4. Pumpkin Pie Milkshake?? What?!?! Blogging over Thyme has just made my life. Those of you who know me best know that I LOVE ICE CREAM. any excuse for a milk shake and I'm there.
5. And Last but certainly not least my favorite food blogger of all time. Joy The Baker! She also created a fun list of recipes. And I assure every one of them is filled with love and deliciousness. Joy is an amazing food blogger, she is so talented in the kitchen, and she is super witty and loves the Lord too! Check her out people!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
