Recipe Book: Raspberry Sauce

 Raspberry Sauce:
what you'll need:
1 part Orange juice
1 part sugar
2 part raspberries
Instructions:
I kind of eye balled the ingredients. Depending on how sweet you want it, you might want to adjust the amount of sugar.
Add the sugar and the orange juice into a small sauce pan, stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Turn the heat up and add the raspberries.
Mash the raspberries and continue to stir until the sauce comes to a boil.
Turn off heat and let sit. Refrigerate. Can last up to two to three weeks in a air tight container in the fridge.
My Raspberry Sauce is really good on some toast or scones, but it is also very nice in a cocktail! :] Ha. So easy to make and so citrusly amazing. (yes I just made that word up.) Do you have any homemade sauses for toast or cocktails. I hope you enjoy this one!
